As the world is trying to cope up in these difficult times, everyone slowly trying to get back on to their feet and wishing for normalcy to return, we at Camp Dev Vilas are busy trying to implement strong sanitizing strategies and procedures that will not only help you make your travel plans hassle-free but also you can enjoy your much needed holiday in complete safety.

It is not a comprehensive guideline for way forward and the rules are likely to be modified over the next few days. But here are some basic must do’s and don’ts we will be implementing at the Camp. We will continue sharing new protocols applicable for your vacation with us -

General Safety Instructions

RTPCR negative report/ Negative antigen rapid test mandatory for all non- resident Madhya Pradesh Guests till 30 June 2021.

100% vaccinated staff - Entire Resort team and safari crew vaccinated.

Our team members are equipped with cleaning checklists using professionally identified chemicals.

 Our team member’s body temperature is checked twice a day and recorded and will always wear mask and gloves .

All materials coming into our hotels will be sanitized immediately upon delivery. Packaged items are sprayed with disinfectant and fresh produce is washed with dissolved chlorine tablets in water as per global food safety norms.

Our kitchen teams are equipped with and always wearing masks, gloves and chef hats / hair nets and execute orders with the highest levels of hygiene.

Kitchen utensils, equipment, crockery and cutlery are thoroughly cleaned with chlorine tablet water after every use.

Regular training is carried out with our team members to ensure that hygiene and sanitation protocols are followed.


         We are serving in-house guests only.

Our Standard Operating Procedures across all departments have been redefined to adapt to this new environment without compromising the feeling of well being amongst our guests since we understand that you are ultimately on holiday to relax and unwind.


Lodge offering only 50% rooms currently as per local regulations

Our rooms are cleaned thoroughly, sanitized, and sealed off until lodge is operational. The room will be opened in the presence of the guest at the time of arrival.

Implementation of Online Check in & Check outs along with e-registration and soft copies of identity cards, safari tickets should be emailed or sent on Whats App.

Body Temperatures of guest/vendor/staff will be recorded before entry to the Camp. No entry without gloves and face mask.

Guest to share their travel history either through email or Whats App.

Guest luggage will be sanitized with disinfectant on arrival.

On the morning of departure, our team will share an E-bill with guests via Whats App or email eliminating human contact.

An E-payment mode is also available via payment link to facilitate contact less check-outs.

  Housekeeping services will be provided once a day with special disinfectants.

Public areas and touch points such as counter tops, tabletops, door handles, and taps are cleaned multiple times a day with 1% Sodium Hypochlorite.

Our restaurant and public area seating have been rearranged to adhere to social distancing.

70% alcohol-based hand sanitizers placed at key public areas and in guest rooms.

Safety kits containing disposable masks, gloves, hand sanitizers and surface wipes will be placed in your room.

 In-room dining available on request.


Vaccinated Safari crew- our team of drivers and guides vaccinated already.

Safari Vehicle will be sanitized after each drive.

The Naturalist, Driver and guide along with Guests will wear mask, face shield and gloves compulsorily.

Safari tickets to be only handled by driver/guide and identity cards to be made available on phone. If tickets are self-booked, a soft copy to be shared during the Check in.

No of persons allowed in Jeep to be restricted to 4 per jeep if unrelated. 6 persons allowed if from same family.

 We are discontinuing shared safari services for jeep and cantors till further notice at all destinations as we do not have control on who shares safari with our guests.

Safari Blankets will be provided only if needed and once assigned to the guest, they must return them at the time of check out.

Safari Breakfast will be packed in individual boxes along with disposable crockery & cutlery.



Driver will always wear face mask and gloves.

Every vehicle will be sanitized before and after guest pick up and drop off.

A sealed sanitizer bottle will be kept at guest disposal.

All drivers will undergo timely medical check-up and shall carry the latest medical certificate which will be available for inspection before boarding.

No accommodation/other facilities will be provided for the driver’s accompanying guests.
